Randy Elkinson – President
As Founder and President of MPS Marketing, Randy is responsible for the company’s day to day operations and has more than 15 years of promotional product experience. Randy prides himself on providing outstanding customer service and a true “customer first” experience and instills that philosophy throughout the organization. He understands his role is often times to be a problem solver for his customer and he cherishes the relationships he develops with customers.
Before MPS Marketing, Randy gained valuable experience as a Franchise Consultant for Blockbuster Entertainment. There he worked with Franchisees all over the country devleoping relationships and solving problems.
Robyn Elkinson – CEO
As an accomplished Marketing Executive, Robyn brings more than 20 years of experience to MPS Marketing. She has extensive experience in account management, client and vendor relationships, strategy development and execution. In addition her knowledge of print, fulfillment, database management and direct mail compliments our core marketing solutions.
During her career, Robyn has always focused on her customer’s needs, and while they rave about her interpersonal skills, she also possesses the finesse to take charge and lead customers through complex and difficult situations.
Prior to MPS Marketing, Robyn worked at the Kessler Group and specialized in Project Management for multiple clients including US Bank, Bank of America, GE and HSBC.
Jeff Mershon – VP Sales
As the VP of Sales, Jeff focuses on new client development. His success is attributed to his tenacity, creativity and the ability to identify opportunities and solutions. Jeff stays on top of innovative products coming to market to ensure his clients have a full range of solutions from traditional to the most modern of needs. His strong relationships within the supplier community afford him the ability to deliver for his clients when it would appear to be otherwise impossible.
Jeff’s 20+ years in a manufacturing environment allows him to anticipate the intricacies involved with project execution. He often saves his clients from making costly errors. Much of our clients’ success can be attributed to Jeff’s approach to client service. He is accessible at all times with a commitment to provide customized, innovative solutions that fulfill our clients’ needs.
Jeff Weeks – National Account Director
As National Account Director, Jeff brings over 7 years of experience in the promotional products marketplace. Previous experience as a Customer Service Manager & Account Director, Jeff’s commitment to quality customer service has proven beneficial for the clients he’s interacted with. Jeff’s laid-back attitude & positive demeanor allows him to prioritize finding the right solution for his clients so they get the best experience!
Jeff has worked with Fortune 500 Companies, non-profit organizations, environmental engineering firms, and educational facilities.
Jeff is a graduate of the New England School of Communications with a BS in Communication. He resides in Attleboro, MA with his wife Becky and their son Ryan. When he is not servicing clients, Jeff enjoys playing golf and sitting by his fire pit.
Dan Sparks – VP National Accounts
As Vice President of National Accounts, Dan brings over 15 years of experience in the investment business to the promotional products marketplace. Having worked on Wall Street in both retail and wholesale, Dan has a passion for helping financial advisors and small business owners market their personal brands and unique value propositions. Before joining MPS Marketing he spent time at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, American Skandia and Prudential Financial. Most recently at Prudential as a Sales Manager in the Warehouse distribution channel.
Dan is a graduate of Quinnipiac University. He was a Division 1 Lacrosse standout and continues to serve the university on its Alumni Board of Governors. He currently resides in Hamden, CT with his wife Amy and two children; Garrett and Maya.
